Thank you for your reply. I will follow your suggestion to take this up with my family physician. Your advice makes good sense to me. My only disappointment is that you did not suggest other drugs that might work as well as Paxil without the side effects that I have experienced.

His answer shows a good consideration of my fears. His explanation of how to best take the medication and why it was prescribed also helped. I'll start taking it first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks.
