Thanks very much Dr.Luchuo, i haven't took any drugs , i just trying o clear my mind a bit and we reach a stage in our relationship that every one by his own , and we will stay as we are hidden ways , i m free to meet someone else and she is going to see what will be happening its a bit hard but today i have had sex with her in the morning and it was good for me , i came in like 5 minutes but i still could keep erected and continue , bear in min i haven't had sex for like 15 day so its fine to come quicker then usual , but so far thank you very much it was very helpful your answer, i wish you can help me as well in a way to put up some weight as im dieing to gain weight ,, what is the best diet you think i should use ??

I appreciated Br. Bain's thorough reply citing several different potential causes of my problem. I met with my PCP, and am scheduled for follow up with a GI specialist in 3 days as the issue has not yet been resolved.
