What is ADHD?

In your day to day life you find some people constantly late, disorganized, forgetful, and overwhelmed by their responsibilities. The person might have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). It is essentially a chemical problem in the management systems of the brain.   • Their tasks are extremely cluttered and poorly managing skills. They procrastinate sometimes because of forgetting the schedules.
  • They have emotional difficulties like unable to control anger/rage.
  • As the expansion goes they are restless and hyperactive. They have racing thoughts, excited, talk aggressively.
