Question : I had receptive anal sex for the first time yesterday. My partner used a laytex condom and we used a water-based lubriant. He came inside me in the condom. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but I noticed he had a lot of stretch marks on his back. I thought that might be hiv-related. Should I go to a doctor?
Brief Answer:
Stretch marks are nonspecific sign
Detailed Answer:
hi and welcome.
well stretch marks are not signs of hiv infection, this is nonspecific sign that can be caused by many causes and hiv is last thing to think of. so I don't think you are at risk. it would be better to contact your partner about it and ask for possible causes of stretch signs. if any doubt, you can always do testing 2 weeks from now.wish you good health.regards

I also thought it was possible i had mistaken a rash for stretch marks. Though, it appeared at regular intervals up and down the back.
Brief Answer:
still dont worry
Detailed Answer:
Even if these were stretch marks, this is not sign of HIV. Such skin changes are seen in people with increased body mass index, those with hormonal disorders or weakness of collagen tissue. In every case this is not a sign of infectious disease. WIsh you good health. Regards
