Can Chlamydia Be Contracted From Non-penetrative Sexual Activities?

Question: I went to a strip club 3-nights ago and had my first ever lap dance, clothes on. Sadly, with too much drinking, there is a lot of the night I now don't remember. Was there more? I truly do not know and am freaking out! My skin is crawling with stress, and I think crabs. Was there anything else I could have done? I doubt I would have allowed anything else, but I don't know! I gave Chlamydia to my then fiancé, 34-years ago at my bachelor party, even when a condom was used back then. And now she is freaked out and I am freaked out. The Internet gives so much positive and negative info I don't know which to trust. And then I read about incubation periods and realize I am only 3-days in. I know I should get tested but is there a waiting period I should hold off on? Or can all things be detected now? Can you help?

Brief Answer:
You should test now for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for writing in healthcare magic.

Based on your history, you don't remember your sexual situation I think you should not wait any longer and test now for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis and after 4-6 weeks should do a 4th generation HIV test.

I hope my answer helps you. Feel free to ask further.
Regards.
