Can Precum Without Penetration Cause Pregnancy?

Sorry to bother with such a stupid question. I am very worried about this.
Anyway, about 2-3 weeks ago, me and my girlfriend were messing around. We decided to not have vaginal intercourse (actual sex) just yet. So for now, we only have mutual masturbation and a lot of making out, naked.
So, Everytime I ejaculated, we both would stop everything and go wash our hands, arms; or wherever my semen hits. (as usual).
I never ejaculated near her vagina AT ALL. But pre-cum was present when we were making out close to eachother.
The closest thing our genitals came close to, was the time she sitted on the bottom of my belly, and my penis was all the way down, touching her butt. By changing this position, my penis with precum touched her vulva for a split second, and she wiped off immediately.
She is mostly regular, with her periods (very few times it was late for more than 2 days), but now her period was due to last thursday(04/09) and didn't came. She doesn't have much pms symptoms, but she did complained about having little bit of cramps last friday night, but no signs of her period.
Please, can anyone help me?
Thank you!
Rare chance of pregnancy. Do home pregnancy test.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
In above sexual activity, her chance of pregnancy is EXTREMELY RARE or very much unlike. She can undergo one home pregnancy test to clear doubt.
Period may be delayed for 5-7 days from expected date due to hormonal imbalance and mental stress.
I suggest her to await another 4-5 days to get period naturally. If she doesn't get it within this week, she must contact with local doctor for medicine to induce period.
Hope, it helps for your information and practice safe sex in future. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

So, is it safe to assume that she's not pregnant?
And also, about this part I added:
"She doesn't have much pms symptoms, but she did complained about having little bit of cramps last friday night, but no signs of her period."
Having a bit of cramps is a sign of incoming pms, correct?
Thank you!
Rare chance. Mostly pms.

Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
In this case, chance of pregnancy is quite RARE. However, I suggest her to do one home pregnancy test to clear doubt.
Lower abdominal cramp is associated with PMS. She may get her period shortly. I suggest her to await 4-5 days to get period.
