Hi and welcome to HCM.
Two antibiotics may be necessary in some cases especially if hemogpilus is proved. So this is not something worrying. Hydrocodone is udec for pain,cymbalta as well. I dont think this is too much,this is therapy for bacterial pneumonia and it should imorve within 3-4 days. Wish you good health. Regards
