Does Intake Of Ativan Help In Treating Anxiety?

Question : I had an anxiety attack the other day. I was prescribed hydroxyzine. Took one 25 mg tablet at 7:00 and another at 11:30 and can't get relief from my restlessness and shaking. I have Ativan 1 mg tabs. Can I take one?

I worked great. It made me groggy so I wouldn't recommend driving but I layed down and was able to nap. Woke up and feel a bit groggy still but manageable.
