Question : can you always have chronic lymphocytic leukemia and only know somthings wrong when you start getting its symptoms like anemia, vitamin D defiency, rosecea on face all of which i have had for years?

The term "chronic" in chronic lymphocytic leukemia comes from the fact that it typically progresses more slowly than other types of leukemia and symptoms usually develop slowly over time. Many cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia are detected by blood tests done in people for other reasons or who do not have any symptoms. Sometimes symptoms occur that may be caused by chronic lymphocytic leukemia or by other conditions.
