Question : Hi I have pin prick sensation all over body, feel itchy but no rash. I have had neck problems. Could it be connected? I am a 60 year old woman with no other symptoms but do have anxiety and depression
Am not taking any medication

thanks for the query.
The needle sensation can be due to vitamin deficiency. Mainly vit B complex. I would recommend you to get injection B complex. You can take 5 shots on alternate days. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you
