Brief Answer:
Rash probably due to viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for writing to healthcare magic.

I can understand your concern.

In my opinion rash as seen in image probably suggest ptryasis roscea.

It is a type of mild viral infection and common in children.

In initial stage big patches are seen which are known as herald patch. They may further devolp in small patches or may remain as it is.It will subside on it's own.

There is no specific treatment required for it.Apply a good moisturizer two to three times daily.

I hope this will help you.Thanks.Take care.
