Question : i found some skin rash on my abdomain

i would like to know if there is something dangerous ,

if i need to make blood analysis or no and if this rash belong to some kind of cancer

i am kindly ask you to inform me with best treatment for this rash

These black spots are totally normal and known as keratosis pilaris.
You can use cotaryl cream daily for a month.
This should help you.
