Brief Answer:
need to test again after four weeks

I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns.
Generally speaking through kissing the transmission of HIV is less likely. Skin penetration in form of ulcer or blood contamination is prerequisite for its spread. It also depends upon partners as well whether they are HIV positive or not.
In my opinion , you should wait for four weeks , after four weeks get your self test for HIV-p24 protein. This viral protein come early in blood before antibodies. If this test positive then get antiHIV antibodies and PCR testing.
You have to give window of at least four weeks before testing. It will clear things for you.
Hope it helps
