Brief Answer:
Seems like dysplastic nevus

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr. kakkar(Dermatologist). I have reviewed the image.

This looks like a dysplastic nevus. It is not uniformly colored and looks suspicious specially if it is more than 5 mm in size and if it has a central raised component.
I suggest a dermoscopic examination for a closer look at its pigment pattern and other features. Alternatively this can be removed and biopsied for a confirmatory diagnosis.
A mole/ nevus which looks very different from the rest of moles on body i.e the ugly duckling sign should be evaluated dermoscopically or biopsied
