Hi my name is kelly and i am 18i smoke been smoking for abought a year now i have a brown spot pretty good size on my butt cheek twords the inside and i dont know what it is ive had it for awhile now. Is ita form of skin cancer?or what it could be from

Melasma or hyper-pigmentation typically occurs on the face, particularly the forehead, cheeks or above the upper lip. See your doctor if you develop any unexplained discoloration of the skin. Although melasma does not require treatment, a doctor can distinguish melasma from other skin disorders that may need to be treated.
