What Are The Tine Dark Spots On My Body?
hi,i had this tiny dark spots on my chest it was like small scars but it i hadnt scratched this area at all and it doesnt hurt then it disappeared,,suddently similar spots appeared on back of my neck near my shoulder,,,,,do i have skin cancer or what?

Hi,
It seems to be pityriasis versicolor which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin. I would recommend you to apply Clotrimazole cream on the affected area for 2 weeks.
