Question : Hello, yes please, I awoke to a strong flutter in my back in the kidney area, it seemed to affect me left eye and side of my head, it was strong enough to wake me from sleep and mildly hurt for a fraction of a second, most notable was the peculiar flutter, never felt it before. I also have a pounding in my left ear at night frequently, and wondered what these both are, if they are kidney disease related? Thank you

Benign sleep myoclonus.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query. It seems that you are having sleep myoclonus. It is harmless and not a cause for concern. It is not related to kidney disease. Nothing needs to be done about it. However, taking juicy fruits like citrus fruits might help.
