Question : I have had a painful rash on my Perineum for the last four day what could this be

Rash in the perineum is caused by many conditions like Contact dermatitis,sexually transmitted diseases,Heat rash,Dry skin,fungal infection etc.
Please apply antifungal Clotrimazole powder on your perineum.
Take antibiotic like Cefpodoxime and Fluconazole orally.
Keep the area clean.
Please keep your undergarments in warm water for some time before washing.
Your complaint will come down with above measures.
