Question : I got a 2nd degree sunburn on my legs 2 weeks ago and now I have developed a red itchy rash that feels like position. Oak but I haven't been around d any.

Thanks for the photograph.
It's looking like an allergic reaction.
Burnt skin is prone to develop such reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week and antihistamine tablet to be taken in night.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this.
