Brief Answer:
Check her hearing, start school, speech therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
It is definitely recommended that your daughter needs a complete physical and neurological examination by a pediatrician.
A hearing test is essential as even slight deviation from normal can impair speech.
Also start play or pre school. This will help in interaction and learning.
Avoid tv, XXXXXXX laptop, tablets. These do cause delayed learning and loss of skills including speech.
Ensure play time with your daughter with toys and books. Keep talking to her, let her see how you move your mouth and lips while you talk.
Speech therapy by a trained therapist may be required if none of these work.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
