Question: I have an itchy rash between a couple fingers on my left and and in my inside forear/elbow area. it never shows up anywhere else and burns like crazy if you scratch it. I thought it might be ringworm but think it's different. like chiggar bites but little white pustuals and bumps.

Brief Answer:
Keratosis pilaris or scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per the descrition it is either keratosis pilaris or scabies. Both are easily treatable. While the former is mainly genetic with exacerbation and remissions the latter is infective with scabei parasite.

To be sure about the condition you should visit a local doctor who can examine and prescribe you medication.

For keratosis, prevent excessive skin dryness, such as using mild soap-less cleansers (eg, Dove, Cetaphil), are recommended, and lubrication is the mainstay of treatment . Lactic acid derivatives like AMLACTIN is very helpful can be applied twice a day rubbing slowly into the skin after washing with mild soap and water.

Scabies require permetrin therapy.

I'd suggest to see a local doctor for confirmed diagnosis.
