Question : I get regular rashes on the upper thighs (on the sides of my private parts on the thighs)which causes discomfort, Itching, and small cuts and irritations.
Have noted it happens more when I sweat a lot. Now I have red marks there.

Can you suggest what to do and how to deal with this.
