i have an orangey rash on my neck and has spready to my back, chest, and now bottom of my face it only gets itchy if im hot or sweaty its not lumpy but does look alittle bit flakey/ wrinkley

If it persists, it's likely to be an infection , fungal like tinea versicolor or a bacterial infection.
It would be good to see a dermatologist and have yourself examined and tested.
