Brief Answer:
You are mostly having infection there.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Colonoscopy is very safe and sterile procedure but sometimes it can spread infection through local contamination.
So possibility of spread of infection from colonoscope to the genital area is high.
Better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination.
You may need antibiotic cream for local application.
Avoid too much moisture in genital area.
Keep proper hygiene of genital area.
If you are not improving then you may need culture from rash to identify causative organism.
So better to first consult dermatologist and discuss all these and start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
