Question: I often feel that I have no control on urine pressure......and I face rapid desire of urine problem .I feel problem during long journey......some times I also face heat during urine...... What should I do

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of urgency for urination .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have other symptoms like frequency for urination ,burning urination etc ?
The problem that you are facing is due to what is called as Over Active Bladder syndrome .

Normally one gets sensation to pass urine when bladder gets filled up with 2500-300 ml of urine but in this condition involuntary bladder contractions are initiated when bladder is filled with even a small quantity (50-100) of urine causing intense urge to pass urine .

You need to get routine urine tests done to rule out infection (UTI).

Taking Darifenacin once daily will resolve the issue .

Derafenacin is a anti muscuranic drug that controls involuntary contraction of bladder and there bt help to control urge to pass urine .It is available in two strengths 7.5 mg and 15 mg .

You need to start with 7.5 mg once daily .

Please get you routine urine test done to rule out infection (UTI).

Does this drug cause side effects?.....and is there any other solution that can be tried in home..... I mean to say like homeopathic
