Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed an acne outburst over the face .
Did you get any facials or cleansing of the face done prior to development of these lesions .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesions twice daily.
Aboid touching ,rubbing or squeezing the lesions .
Avoid using cold creams or oil .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
Hope it helps

Do you think it could be impitego? XXXXXXX
Possibility of impetigo is there
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes there is a strong possibility that the lesions are those of impetigo .
That's why I have suggested you the treatment on the lines of impetigo contagiosa.
Kindly follow the treatment as advised.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
