Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed an acne outburst over the face .
Did you get any facials or cleansing of the face done prior to development of these lesions .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesions twice daily.
Aboid touching ,rubbing or squeezing the lesions .
Avoid using cold creams or oil .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.

I have had a pimple or two before but nothing as severe as this. It has been three weeks and now spreading. It has pretty much been on my forehead temples and hairline but now spreading to my face. What has caused this if it is acne. I have not had a facial or have done it used anything different.
