Question : Hi I am 68years old and I have had a burning mouth and about 6 small and 1large ulcers under my tongue and thay bright red and very painfully IT will be3years in April could you PLEASE HELP I tried a good among of mouth gels. Thank you so much XXXXXXX

In my opinion, you are having chronic mouth ulcer since 3 yrs. This does not look like benign condition. This needs clinically evaluation and treatment.
