Hii, your query here...i have fever, bodypain, leg pain, severe mouth ulcers,my doc said its throat infection but i have very less throat pain..its mainly chills, fever and severe ulcer kinda thing on mu entire mouth even on the upper palate..canteat or drink anythin
Possible causes for multiple mouth ulcers is : 1. Bechets syndrome 2. Stress ulcers 3. Viral infections 4. Ulcers due to acid reflux
The present condition may be due to viral infection. Drink plenty of liquids and water. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use capsule Becosules once a day for two weeks. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
