Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.
First related to diarrhea I think this is enteritis maybe caused by viral, bacterial or some kind of foods that you have eaten there. Feeling dizzy could be a sign of dehydration due to diarrhea.
Furthermore I need more information like how many days have you these symptoms , did you have fever during this time, what kind of diarrhea have you watery, with mucus and did you see blood on it, and if you have done unprotected sexual intercourse there .
Secondly related to front genital burning I think this could be as a result of an urinary tract infection, genital yeast (or a STI if you have done unprotected sexual intercourse).

So, I suggest to meet an Infectious diseases Specialist to do a physical examination, control blood pressure, urine test, full blood count, azotemia, creatinemia, electrolytes (see renal function), stool culture in order to define better the diagnosis and to start a prompt treatment.
During this time you should drink a lot of water and tea, use tresol and probiotics.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.

It is a good news that you don't have fever and bloody diarrhea.
As I mentioned above, based on your new data (unprotected sex with unknown person) I suggest to test as well for STI (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas and HIV).
Related diarrhea unless the above mentioned test I suggest as well to do a parasite stool test and to follow my advice.

I hope my answer helps you. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
