Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Fatigue Post A Protected Intercourse

Question: I am passing stool(solid) a no. Of times. and I am feeling feverish(actual temperature is 98 degree farenheit) I also am feeling little bit cold and fatigued.
Now, I had a sexual encounter with a sex worker about 2 weeks ago. I had used condoms all along. However, I had a scratch on my thigh(with blood) as a result of scratch from her nails. Additionally, I did put my finger(no visual cuts) inside the vagina. What are the chances of me being HIV positive.

I am feeling chilly also and had sweated a little bit in the evening.The weather here has changed and outside temperature is around 10 degree celsius. I almost feel like a panic attack. My mind is very unsettled currently.IS RNA testing required? Please help...

The symptoms you have can be due to malaria or other viral infection not related to HIV so don't get panic or feared.
