Question : I have had this rash that appears like a pimple on each bicep and has s white head, and when popped, the skin around it becomes blotchy red. I have had two on my right and 2 on my left bicep. The two on my right have gone away but left a scar. What could this be?

There is a possibility that you have a developed folliculitus.
It is a bacterial infection and while healing or may leave scars.
Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area.
