Question: medical history: born premature with under developed lungs and asthma
sick with many colds asthma bronchotis and pneumonia until age 8
at age 22 pulmonary embolism due to smoking birthcontrol and surgery on warfarin for one year and found to have 2 blood disorders protein s deficiency and prothrombin gene mutation. surgery was a rhinoplasty.
bouts of evzema and allergies entire lifetime.
age 23 to age 27 heroine addiction intravenious use. clean ever since even of alcohol.

age 30...carpal tunnel symptoms that got increasingly bad but never followed up until...2 moths ago when skin irritation began and elevated quickly for which i saw 4 doctors and went to the er four times.

allergies include seasonak symptoms of runny nose and watery eyes with hives occasionally and a one time history of anaphylaxis because of the chemicaks in a pool. i also got violently ill if i ate eggs after age 20. have been unable to eat ted meat since i was ten because i found it unpleasant.
penicillin and ceclor cause hives.

You have multiple problems to deal with We will evaluate each separately -
1) allergic manifestations- you have multiple allergic manifestations. which need a through investigations to know the severity & origin of allergies.
They include- blood counts / allergy detection tests apart from those for assessing lungs condition( Physical examination, Vital capacity test, X ray chest)
* Management- will depend of the investigation report. They could be,
- Anti allergic medicines with decongestants( specially in the seasons when symptoms are more prevalent), Diethyl carbamazine citrate tablets, antibiotics, broncho dilators, inhalers ( both for management & prevention of asthmatic attacks,), Mast cell blockers,
_ Desensitization therapy for allergies found,
- self care with avoidance of allergens/ healthy life style including respiratory exercises, having optimum weight ( balanced permitted diet, exercises, rest )
2. Prothrombin mutation- IT is an inherited condition where blood clot formation is more frequent. & thrombosis is frequent.
3. Protein s deficiency- It's another inherited condition which increases incidence of venous thrombosis.
- Because of no 2 & 3 you have tendency of thrombosis & will have to be under care of a doctor ( Hematologist)& also follow lifestyle changes to prevent it.
* Treatment includes medication like Warferrin./ heparin- Dosage & timing of medication will be subjective to your health & will be decided by a hematologist.
* Self care-It consists of,
