Question : I have terrible itching on my scalp, underarms, under breasts, and vaginal area. Please help --what is wrong and what can I do?

These areas bay be affected by fungal infections so this is the first thing to rule out. You should apply some antifungal cream and mild steroid cream for 10 days. Keep these areas clean and dry,avoid sinthetic clothes and avoid warm environment.
Other possible causes are dermatologic diseases which would manifest with itchyn associated with rash or redness. if you notice these you should see dermatologist.
