Brief Answer:
Pompholyx

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
It might be pompholyx, an endogenous eczema.
It usually presents with water filled lesions but can even present only with itch.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective.
Take an antihistamine tablet.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
