Question : I am 64 years old ,a man with fatty tissue in breasts and have both breasts with itchy nipples,which seems somewhat to be helped by constant lotion aplication,am overweight and have a fair bit of stress in my life, also have some rashes on my upper arm and by fingers,would this be a symton of some kind of cancer?

You are having itching of your breasts and nipples. This is due to irritation and possible allergy to your clothing. As long as you use the lotion to reduce the itching you are okay. There is nothing different you need to do. You are not at risk for breast cancer or skin cancer.

I would recommend that you stop using fabric softeners in your clothes as some can cause allergic reactions.
