Question : I am baby sitting my 21 month old grand daughter, She woke up from her nap with a rash on her face and arms. she is itching. Not sure what it could be as she has not exhibited this before.

As long as the baby is otherwise ok and without fever, there is nothing to worry about. Most pediatric rashes will resolve on their own without any long term effect.
