Question : i am 15 yeras old and within the last 1 hour after a shower i now have these red puffy bumps on my legs, arms and they itch

sore throat no

hard to swalow no

fever no

menstrual cycle started yesterday

advanced student with ap classes stress and a 4.3 gpa

It is looking like urticaria or eczema.
