Question : Im 33 yr old male. For last 5 weeks had the feeling like i need to urgently urinate. I dont have any pain, and i dont go at night..

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urgency to pass urine since couple of weeks .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2) Do you have painful ejaculation ?
3) Do you have pain in perineal region or around anal region ?
4) Have you done urine culture to rule out infection?

In absence of any symptoms like burning,nocturia and frequency the need for urgency to pass urine can be either due to Anxiety or what is called as Over Active Bladder syndrome .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to rule out any organic cause for urgency .
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and Pelvis
3) Urodynaemic study of bladder .

Advice and guidance of a quaaliied Psychiatrist for counselling will help to resolve the issue .

Take a drugs like Darifenacin once daily .This will help to reduce the urge to pass urine .

Im not diabetic, i dont have painfull ejaculation, i dont have any pain in the perenial/anul region. A urine sample was sent away and came back clear.. The intensity is not as hig as when it first started.. It has calmed down slightly. I used to drink alot of coke/pepsi which ive completley stopped. I suffer from ibs and anxiety and depression, my doctor also thinks its due to my anxiety..h

In absence of any positive orgnic cause for urgency I personally think it to be due to Anxiety Neurosis .

Avoid ariated drinks and coffee ,tea which stimulate bladder .This will help to reduce the symptoms .
