Question : hi doctor im 21 now im having a voice problem like a kid and like a girl all peoples are making fun of me please give a solution for my voice

2. This is treated with speech therapy (by an audiologist), laryngeal manipulation and Isshiki type 3 Thyroplasty (surgery).
