Question : I have a sweat rash on my lower vaginal area on the outside .I believe my pubic follicles are infected from constant sweat. I work in an environment that is very hot and humid and I walk around constantly for 10 hrs and sweat. I have had it for a few weeks. I put fungal and anti bacterial cream and tea tree oil on it and the sores heal but scales up really bad and it itches so sometimes I rub it which makes it raw again. I don't know how to heal the skin completely and stop itch. It hard to keep dry since I sweat alot.
