Question : My 15 month old daughter has very mild, minute rashes on the upper part of her nose and cheeks. No redness, no itching, or water formation. But just want to know why this could happen? Is it due to anything in food? Or dryness or something else?

From the description given its likely to be due to milia. It is rash associated with sweating and presence of oil residue in the skin. In the absence of fever and other symptoms there is no cause for concern.
