Question : I think I have a genital herpes I have a red dot pimple n the head n the shaft are really dry. what
can this be

I have gone through your query and picture. It looks like hair follicle infection and doesn't look like herpes. Herpes usually will be multiple and associated with burning sensation and itchiness. It will be fluid filled blistering type of rash also.
Dryness can be due to decreased moisturization and irritation. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash genital area.Instead you can use saline or warm water.
You can apply betadine ointment on the pimple. If there is more dryness then you can apply coconut oil or emollient cream.

thank you Dr for the reply. I was worried b cuz yesterday I went to the physician m show her my private and she said it was genital herpes so I went to get blood work. here 2 more pic. I feel a lil relief. any medicating pills I can take Dr..

I have gone through your pictures. Herpes usually doesn't comes as single and there will be pain , burning , itching etc. So this can't be confirmed as herpes. As you did blood test you can wait for the result.
Now applying betadine ointment and taking chewable vitamin c will be enough. In case it is confirmed by blood test then you can use acyclovir cream for local application and valacyclovir for oral intake.
