Brief Answer:
It may be pyoderma

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I can understand your concern.
I have seen the images and to me it appears to be pyoderma (bacterial infection of skin).
Although in pyoderma the lesions in mouth are very unusual but the distribution and character of skin rash does not fit into other diagnosis like hand foot mouth disease or papular urticaria.

I have few queries
If there is associated fever, sore throat or other significant complaints?
Are the rashes very itchy/painful?
Is there any past history or family history of similar illness?

Please get back with the answer so that I better able to help you out. Also let me know if you have any more queries.

Hi Doctor, No there is no fever, no sore throat, she said they do not hurt, she is only 2 but I believe she would be able to tell us if they hurt. They do not seem to be itchy, although I have seen her scratch a little but not bad. She is acting completely normal. We thought they were spider bites. She woke up this morning with all of them. There are over 30 bites maybe even close to 50 She wont stay still long enough for us to count them. There is no past history

Brief Answer:
It may be pyoderma or papular dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back

This can be hypersensitive reaction to insect/spider bite a condition called papular urticaria or infection of the hair follicles (folliculitis/pyoderma).
During initial few days the presentation may be same. The main difference is that papular urticaria is more itchy and the lesions are not pus filled unlike pyoderma.
Topical application of ointment (antibiotic/steroid) with or without antiallergic would be helpful.
I suggest you to get her evaluated by a pediatrician for better evaluation and management accordingly.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to answer if you have any more doubts.
Wishing for her speedy recovery.
Regards
