Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Jaws

Question : red spots are popping out on both of my jaws. A few months ago I thought they were insect bites but now they look as if they're coming from just under the skin now when they appear a slight covering of skin is off and it is a sore. It is flat and painless. Not like any rash that I've seen before.
