Question : My face always gets super super red and hot like the worst sunburn ever multiple times a day for the last five years feel on fire specially in any hot condition

Till then you must adopt some lifestyle modifications like not getting emotional, not to step out in direct sun, not to eat spicy food, avoid fatty food, drink cleaner water preferably from RO system, keep a regular check on blood pressure, avoid alcohol or smoking. Sensitive skin does not tolerate any chemicals. So avoid medicated soaps and creams on face. Avoid cosmetics.
