Dear Dr,
This restlessness has started since last four weeks. Initially it was around twenty minutes with 15 to 21 time> since last two days it has increase to 161 minutes with 18 times. during sleep I have dreams of past several years activities which has no connection at present. Restless I am referring that I am not getting sound sleep I am suffering from AF and taking following medicines 1. xarelto 5mg one time in morning (blood thinner) Dilzen sr , Rosavel 10mg Dytor 10mg all one tablet per day Nebicard 2.5 mg twice a day. I am informed that my unconscious mind is active in sleep

As this restlessness of recent onset and does not point towards any specific disease,I would suggest that you should do some mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga on a regular basis.I am hopeful that this restlessness will improve soon.If the symptoms keep persisting,please visit a sleep medicine specialist.You might need sleep study in that case.
