Question : Got a sore spot at top of my right ear. Think I got to much sun. What can I put on it to get it to heal?

Hi.
A bit of detailed history and photograph would have helped me for a better diagnosis. You can attach a photograph with this query.

The probable diagnosis as you say is exposure to sun.
You may please apply a cream containing steroids like clobetasol once a day. Please take multivitamins to support early healing.
Watch for 3 weeks maximum, it would be wise to get such spots checked to rule out a skin cancer if healing is not there.
