Question : grandson 5 yrs old and vomiting yellow bile and diahrea that is yellow too. with red blotches on cheeks and chin. no fever at all. very pale with no mental status changes. SOME OF THE
RASH LOOKS LIKE VERY SMALL BLOOD BLISTERS.

Thanks for your query.

The bilious vomiting and diarrhoea together are mostly presented in gastroenteritis which when associated with skin rashes could be due to viral aetiology.Before being sure of above fact and advising on it,I would wish to have a look at the rashes your child has.Kindly do attach a image of the rashes here.
