WHat Causes Pain In Kees,upper Arm And Shoulders?

Question : A few years back I had 1 day of fever around 100 with severe body aches then the next day I would be fine, a little tired but no other symptoms. This happened about 1 day every 1 to 2 months for a little over a year. The last time then was a higher fever and body pains to the point that even the weight of a sheet hurt and I could barely walk. The walking was more from weakness than pain. Since then I've had some normal illnesses, stomach bugs, bronchitis, except I have problems with sudden diarrhea. A colonoscopy showed diverticulosis and I know not to eat certain foods like bacon and lettuce. Last Nov 1, I woke feeling achy and it wasn't normal achy. I didn't have a fever but took the thermometer to work. My the time I got to work I started shaking very hard and my temp was around 100. I took ibuprofen, about 30-45 minutes later the shaking stopped so I figured my temp went down but it went up. Two hours later, it went up a little more, close to 102. I took more ibuprofen or Tylenol about 4 hrs after the first dose. My temp went down to a little over 99 and stayed that way until it was time to go home. I suddenly felt extremely sleepy when I was close to home and a few minutes later I was 2 lanes over, I blacked out for a couple of seconds. The fever stayed down and I slept all weekend. About a week later I got a bad cough with mucus and have been on inhalers since then alternating between bronchitis, inflammation, and mild pneumonia. I went through the same fever thing in March over the weekend and couldn't get to the doctor til Tuesday and that is when I had the mild pneumonia. The doctor could not hear it but it showed up on an xray. Last week I had the same fever thing again at work. I was able to get to the doctor that afternoon and had a 102 fever it had been about 5 hours since I took any meds. My WBC was 18.5. My breathing issues had been much better for a couple of weeks prior to this after increasing the medication in the inhaler (guessing asthma since I have had hayfever like symptoms for years but all allergy tests are negative, I have more trouble breathing out than in and actually had a doctor tell me that in my late teens thinking it was allergies). I went on antibiotics and had a mild cough with a little mucus. I also had GERD the evening before the fever this last time only and was afraid I aspirated something. Several days before the last fever I had severe cramps in both calves and both feet. Now both knees and my upper arms and shoulder have been hurting since then as well as my back. The left knee/ankle have issues from injuries that come and go and I have arthritis in my back that is worse on the left side due to scoliosis from my left leg being about an inch shorter than the right, heredity thing. So what causes sporadic days of fever and body pain? FYI my paternal grandmother had some type of chronic leukemia that came on I think when she was a little older than me and then it turned acute in her late 70s or early 80s so she passed at an old age. I have her build and sadly am also extremely overweight as she was. Could this be fibromyalgia or lupus or leukemia or just the inflammation from my regular arthritis causing the fever? Any ideas. I am exhausted all the time and have had low D and B12. My iron is usually ok at around 12. I forgot I had mild laryngitis a day and a half before the fever and thought it was from yelling at my mother for her to hear me all weekend but it seems I get hoarse frequently in the past year or so. I do not smoke and live in a smoke-free home however my dad smoked until his early or mid 30's and was about 22 when I was born. He passed away 13 years ago from pancreatic cancer.
