What Are The Red Flat Sots On Torso?

Question : I am 53 and have suddenly developed a plethora of bright red, flat dots on my torso. I had one on my breast for years but it seems like one day they were all over my torso. They neither hurt, nor itch, but I have had skin cancer, and my twin had melanoma. I am Irish and grew up in the SE with significant sun exposure and burning. Is this likely a benign, age-related "one of those things" or should I be concerned? They do not bother me insofar as their appearance; however, they are a little unsettling.

Dear Ms

Going by description of multiple rash like lesion appearing on torso, they are likely to be due to exposure to sun and sweating. There is no cause for concern. Exact diagnosis will however depend on good clinical examination. It would be very helpful if you could provide me with clinical photograph of all the lesion.
